Exchange and Returns Policy

We’re sorry you are not happy with the product you have received. Do get in touch with us to let us know what disappointed you. At this time, we do not offer a cash refund on any product but we do have a 7-day exchange policy. While we prefer immediate exchanges, in some cases, we offer store credit for up to one month.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Products must be in original condition with the tag attached.
  • Products that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • They must be exchanged within 1 week from the date of purchase.
  • We do not offer an exchange/return on any food products.

In-store Exchange

Returns must take place within a week of purchase/ delivery. Please bring the product back to the store along with the original receipt and tags intact. We work 7 days a week between 10:30 am to 8 pm, you can drop by during working hours. The product can be exchanged for another that is of equal or higher value. If you wish to exchange it for a product of higher value, the difference in price can be paid via card, cash or PayTM.  You cannot exchange a product for another that is of lesser value.

In-store exchanges can be made across Tail Lovers Company outlets in India. This means that products that have been bought in Bengaluru can be exchanged at any of our stores across the country, provided that the product meets the other conditions of our Exchange Policy.

Online Exchange

Returning a product can be initiated by getting in touch with us via email or telephonically. Once you have spoken to a member of our team, please ship the product back to us. If the product meetsthe conditions of our policies, we can send you a different product/ a replacement.  We do not offer a refund on shipping charges. A return must be initiated within 7 days of the product being delivered to you.
